Entering The Custom Bar Mirror Fantasy

I made my way down the hallway, passing framed pictures of friends and family members. Coming in my household bar, I viewed myself in one of the personalized bar mirrors on the wall. I noticed the term "The fun never ends" etched into the bottom of the mirror. Will it never end? Will the fun never end? Surely it was a pleasurable evening. Pals, a nice meal and a glass of wine made it a special night - perhaps more than just one glass of wine.

One of the hosts of the home improvement program was in my dream as well. He pointed to the roofing, showing me the cracks. He starts to scrap the roofing with his hammer. In an instant, he was pulling down pieces of the roofing, revealing wood and bare pipes. He stepped on to next room, leading me around as if I didn't dwell there. We were standing in front of my home-based bar. He looked at it appreciatively and smiled. "I'll have to test it out before I make my final decision," he announced. Straight away, the whiskey bottle was in my hand, and I made us two stiff drinks.

"Okay, I' ll pour you a pina colada." "The only thing I would alter about this room is the color," he announced, still sipping. "A nice green, or blue, or even a darker brown would do this bar justice," he kept on saying. Unexpectedly, he had a paint roller in his hand and was painting the walls a lively green. We completed the first wall in no time and got on to the others, now painting them bright yellow. She halts at the bar where Mike Holmes is giving David Bromstad his drink. He raised his glass and announced, "A toast to the express painters in the world."

All of a sudden, I am very aware that I am in the company of a great interior designer, and that my home is not prepared for his critical eye. The lack of Ralph Lauren paint or designer shades was the least of my worries. Even in my dream, I felt guilty at my lack of panache! Genevieve tosses back her tequila. He stopped in front of the bar mirror and expressed, "This is outstanding." He appreciated the custom etched mirror. I informed him I had made the etching specifically for this mirror. "Wow, that makes this place feel really special", he told me. Without warning, he pulled out a saw and cut the bar in half. Shards of wood fly all over the place. I realized that I was sporting safety glasses and a hardhat.

A voice enigmatically appears suddenly. It announced, "Will the Hudsons choose the home with the swimming pool, the fixer upper, or the house with half a bar and some fine-looking individualized bar mirrors?"

I hear my wife's voice saying, "Wake up, honey." She was just about to turn the TV set off with the remote. "I want to watch which house the Johnsons selected," I told her sleepily. She seemed puzzled for a moment. "Oh, right, on the program…they selected the third one," she said, still looking a bit puzzled.

As I floated back off into dreamland, I realized my mind would be filled with individualized bar mirrors and bars sawed in half.
